\nBrush your teeth with Apteq toothpaste twice a day, morning and evening, for at least 2 minutes. For children under 6 years of age, use a pea-sized amount and avoid swallowing the product. If you are using other fluoride-containing products, please consult your dentist. <\/p>\n
