Customers can choose between different delivery methods:
- By courier within the Republic of Estonia – €5.05
- SmartPost parcel locker €2.60
- Omniva parcel locker €2.60
- DPD parcel locker €3.10
- Self-pickup Free
Goods will be delivered according to the delivery method selected when placing the order:
- By courier or parcel locker.
- For self-pickup, please come to the Meditsiinigrupp AS office at Pärnu mnt. 499, Laagri, Harjumaa. Office open 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Meditsiinigrupp is responsible for ordered and purchased goods during transit. The risk of damage and/or loss of the goods passes to the customer upon receipt from the courier. If the customer has designated a third party as the recipient (e.g., a gift recipient), they confirm by providing such instructions that the said third party assumes the obligation to receive the goods and the risk of accidental damage and/or destruction from the moment of receipt from the courier.
Meditsiinigrupp cannot cancel orders after the goods have been dispatched (i.e., if the goods have been sent to the customer, the delivery cost remains the responsibility of the customer, and in case the goods are unsuitable, the usual 14-day right of return applies).
Please note! When choosing “Self-pickup” as the delivery method, the package can only be picked up if you have received an email confirming that your order has been fulfilled.
Your order will be delivered within 5 business days at the latest from the date of payment. If for any reason there is a delay with your order, we will contact you immediately.
