Philips provides a two-year warranty for its products from the date of purchase based on proof of purchase.

All Philips Sonicare toothbrush heads are compatible with all Philips Sonicare toothbrushes.
Therefore, you can freely choose the nozzle that suits you, regardless of the toothbrush model.

The brush head for an electric toothbrush should be selected according to your preferences. Is it more comfortable for you to use a smaller or a larger head when brushing? With soft or extra-soft bristles? Read more about choosing tips in the post.

For best results, the toothbrush head must be replaced every three months.
(A new brush head cleans up to 43% better than a brush head that has been in use for more than 3 months.)

For Philips Sonicare toothbrushes, the recommendation is from 3 years of age.

Transition to an adult toothbrush can occur from age 12.


Yes, by selecting “I will pick it up myself” as the delivery method, you can collect the ordered goods from the Meditsiinigrupp AS office at Pärnu mnt. 499, Laagri, Harjumaa. The office is open from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Please note! When choosing “Self-pickup” as the delivery method, the package can only be picked up if you have received an email confirming that your order has been fulfilled.

Delivery time depends on product availability and the selected delivery method. For items in stock, the standard delivery time is 2–5 calendar days.

If a product is marked as “available on backorder”, the delivery time specified for that particular product shall apply.

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, and in the event of any delays, the customer will be notified immediately.

Yes, when purchasing from our online store, you can use the Liisi installment plan or the Liisi3 (pay in three parts, no extra fees) payment solution. Read more.

To change or cancel an e-shop order, please forward the order along with your request to the email address pood@meditsiinigrupp.ee as soon as possible. This allows us to find the best solution and, if necessary, adjust the order before it is dispatched.

If the delivered goods are damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible by writing to the email address pood@meditsiinigrupp.ee or by calling +372 6140 801. This will allow us to find a suitable solution quickly.

Main reasons why a coupon may not be applied:

  • The product in the shopping cart is already discounted. Additional discounts do not apply with a discount coupon.
  • The discount code has not been entered correctly. Please do not use spaces.
