Available in a large 130 g package, which contains nearly double the amount of toothpaste in the tube and a small 30 g package, ideal for travel.

Directions:Brush your teeth 2–3 times a day for at least 3 minutes. When using a manual toothbrush, use sweeping or circular motions each time. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the brush. If you wish to brush your teeth after eating, it is recommended to wait at least 30 minutes.
