Directions for Use: Brush your teeth 2-3 times a day for at least 3 minutes. When using a manual toothbrush, use sweeping or circular motions each time. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush. If you wish to brush your teeth after eating, it is recommended to wait at least 30 minutes.
