Instructions for Use: (follow the guide in the image)
1. Measure the patient from shoulder to chin, keeping the head in a neutral or “eyes forward” position.
2. Select the appropriate cervical collar size for the patient, as shown in step 2 (from the plastic edge to the sizing window). The Select collar has 4 size positions.
3. Adjust the cervical collar and chin support according to the size selected in step 2.
4. Secure the sides by pressing the two locking tabs.
5. Pre-form the cervical collar.
6. Apply the cervical collar, holding the head in a neutral position. Place the chin support under the chin. If a different size is required, remove the collar, adjust the size and reapply. Pull the collar around the neck, ensuring a snug fit while holding the front in place, then tighten.
7. For supine patients, slide the back panel behind the neck before positioning the chin support.
8. Cannula hooks are provided on the cervical collar for securing oxygen tubing.

Warnings:
• Incorrect use may cause injury or permanent disability.
• Always use the correct size collar. A collar that is too large may extend beyond the cervical spine; a collar that is too small may not provide sufficient stabilization.
• Do not adjust Select cervical collars while it is on the patient!
