Description
Instructions for Use:
For cold use: place the compress in the freezer for approximately 2 hours.
For hot use: immerse the compress in water at a maximum of 80 °C for about 6 minutes or heat in the microwave at 600 W for 90 seconds.
IMPORTANT! Always place a thin cloth between the pack and the skin when using either cold or hot applications to prevent skin damage!
