Directions: Brush your teeth 2-3 times daily for at least 3 minutes. When using a manual toothbrush, employ sweeping or circular motions each time. Use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. If you wish to brush your teeth after eating, it is recommended to wait at least 30 minutes. Suitable for adults.
