Usage:
Brush your teeth 2-3 times a day for at least 3 minutes. With a manual toothbrush, use sweeping or circular motions. Always hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle towards the gums. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the brush. If you wish to brush your teeth after eating, it is recommended to wait at least 30 minutes.
