Usage: Brush teeth 2–3 times a day for at least 3 minutes. With a manual toothbrush, use sweeping or circular motions. Always hold the toothbrush at a 45° angle toward the gums. Use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. If brushing after meals, it is recommended to wait at least 30 minutes.
