Laerdal artificial blood is a blood paste concentrate designed for training purposes only, allowing realistic simulation of bleeding wounds.

The concentrate can be diluted with water according to preference or need, typically at ratios of 1:10 or 1:2. The consistency of the blood can be adjusted by modifying the ratio of water to concentrate.
