Dermalux® Testlotion S is a white, semi-viscous oil-in-water emulsion, specially developed for training purposes. The lotion helps visualize hand washing, drying, and disinfection, identify cross-contamination risks, and improve the application technique of skin protection and care creams.
The product contains a substance that illuminates under UV light in Dermalux® devices, clearly showing areas where hand washing has been insufficient or skin areas that have remained uncovered by cream.
Testlotion S has been developed as a test agent intended solely for training purposes.

Description
Application:
To improve the application technique of hand care products, the test agent is applied to the hands like a regular hand cream and rubbed in. Then, the hands are placed in the Dermalux® device, and the result is observed:
After the test, hands should be thoroughly washed to remove lotion residues. The result of hand washing can be assessed by placing the hands under the UV device again – glowing areas indicate insufficiently washed spots. Dermalux® Testlotion S can also be used as ‘test dirt’ to visually demonstrate traces of contamination on hands or objects.
