Directions for Use:Brush your teeth 2–3 times a day for at least 3 minutes. When using a manual toothbrush, use sweeping or circular motions each time. Always hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle towards the gums. Use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. If you wish to brush your teeth after eating, it is recommended to wait at least 30 minutes.
